Long Pond Senior Housing offers beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments located in the Town of Greece. The apartments are available to seniors age 62 and older. Income restrictions apply. Residents of Long Pond Senior Housing enjoy a community room with patio, social activities, a community garden, central air conditioning, heat and hot water included in rent, emergency pull cord system and key fob entry system/visitor call system.
Family Service Communities provides services to 30 residents in a Department of Health licensed enriched living facility. The enriched housing program provides case management, health screenings, three meals per day, housekeeping and laundry service and social activities, helping residents to live independently for as long as possible.
Long Pond Senior Housing is owned by Long Pond Senior Apartments, LLC, and professionally managed by Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC. Our community is operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designated to facilitate the housing needs of moderate to low income individuals and families. Applicants with Section 8 travel vouchers or certificates may apply for residency. Additionally, there will be 45 Section 8 Project Based vouchers from Rochester Housing Authority. Please see enclosed documentation regarding qualifications and application.
Residency in all of the apartments at Long Pond Senior Housing is limited to those households having moderate to low incomes. In addition to standard wages, income includes monies received from many sources such as alimony, child support, pensions and social security, etc. The units at Long Pond Senior Housing will serve one income group. Listed below are the current (2014) maximum allowable incomes (by household size) for Monroe County:

- All information on income provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. This qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon renewal.
- Standard security deposits have been established and are equal to one month’s rent.
