Hubbard Springs Apartments was awarded funding by New York State Homes & Community Renewal. RCG, in partnership with Bishop Sheen Ecumenical Housing Foundation, Inc. are co- developers on this $21MM development. This hamlet in Chili includes all amenities such as a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and other services. Roberts Wesleyan College is also located less than a mile away. Construction began this spring on the 72-unit mixed-income community located near three other RCG developments in North Chili. Union Meadows, Union Park, and Union Meadows Phase II were developed in earlier stages of the Union Square Planned Unit Development. The project will take nearly fourteen months to construct. Cornerstone Property Managers will manage the site and expects full occupancy by June 2022. This housing community will provide one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for families and individuals with household incomes between 30% AMI and 80% AMI and also integrate eleven units set aside for those with a physical disability and/or traumatic brain injury.
