Hubbard Springs
Construction began this spring on the 72-unit mixed-income community located near three other RCG developments in North Chili. Union Meadows, Union Park, and Union Meadows Phase II were developed in earlier stages of the Union Square Planned Unit Development.

Number of Units: 72 one, two, and three bedroom units

Project Type: For families and individuals with household incomes between 30% AMI and 80% AMI and also integrate eleven units set aside for those with a physical disability and/or traumatic brain injury.

Project Cost: $21 million
