Rental applications for the Ithaca Arthaus lottery are now available! We offer affordable studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments in the City of Ithaca.

Our building will be completed in TBD 2022, and lottery applications will be accepted between TBD 2022 and TBD 2022 until 9:59 am. The lottery will take place in the TBD, Ithaca, NY 14850 on TBD at 10:00 am. Applications received after the lottery will be placed in order by date and time stamp. All applicants will then be placed on a waiting list.
