Rent is due on the 1st day of each month with a 5-day grace period. On the 6th day of each month, a late notice is sent to all delinquent accounts. On the 10th day of each month, if no reasonable payment agreement has been made, a Three-Day Notice is sent to all delinquent accounts. This practice minimizes the necessity to carry the eviction process to its conclusion as tenants tend to prioritize the payment of their rent over other financial obligations once they understand how diligently we enforce our rent policies.
