Rochester’s Cornerstone Group, Ltd. was part of the group which acquired Cedarwood Towers in July 2018. All 206 units have HUD project-based rental assistance. A major rehabilitation was completed in the fall of 2019.

The Rehabilitation of the two–11 story towers built in 1973, financed with bonds issued by County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency and as-of-right housing tax credits, with tax credit equity from WNC Associates.
